- UKC YG Fellows Program for Outstanding Young Professionals
The UKC encourages participation by Young Professionals (e.g. working professionals under 40 years old) to participate in KSEA through development seminars and networking. We will have speakers in the fields of leadership, presentations, career planning, and networking that aim to expose participants to different ways in which they can improve professionally, and personally. In addition there are many plenary speakers from diverse areas, and technical topics from over 10 different areas.
As the greatest resource of KSEA is the members, Young Professionals can also participate through networking with members from across the nation, and from many different fields. KSEA members are diverse in age, Korean heritage, academic background and fields of study. This year, we encourage networking via lunches and dinners grouped according to field, providing a chance to sit down for a meal and meet new people with similar backgrounds.
