These group tours are specially prepared for UKC participants. The links will take you to Aju Tours sites where you will make a reservation. (All tours require registration and payment in advance.)

Universal Studio Hollywood

Universal Studios Hollywood is a movie studio and theme park. It is one of the oldest and most famous Hollywood movie studios still in use. You can enjoy all Universal Studios Hollywood rides, shows and attractions such as King Kong 360 3-D, Transformer The Rude-3D, The SimpsonsRide, and many more. You can also go behind-the-scenes on the legendary Studio Tour to explore Hollywood’s most famous backlot in the world’s largest working movie studio.


Hollywood Bowl

The Hollywood Bowl is a modern amphitheater in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles that is used primarily for music performances. It is the largest natural amphitheater in the United States, with a seating capacity of nearly 18,000. The bowl refers to the shape of the concave hillside the amphitheater is carved into. It is the home of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, the summer home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the host of hundreds of musical events each year.

On Friday, Aug 10th, 8:00pm Nora Johns Show will be performed. Pop, rock, country, jazz – Norah Jones makes it all her own with her singular voice. A multi-Grammy winner and an artist of astonishing musical versatility, she has collaborated with everyone from Willie Nelson and Herbie Hancock to Danger Mouse and Outkast. Norah returns to the Bowl for the first time since 2004 for a special, one-night-only appearance.

Participants need to purchase the ticket directly from the Hollywood Bowl web site. UKC will offer free transportation from/to the hotel. The bus leaves hotel at 5:00pm and you can register for the transportation below.

Getty Museum

The J. Paul Getty Museum at the Getty Center in Los Angeles houses European paintings, drawings, sculpture, illuminated manuscripts, decorative arts, and European and American photographs. It contains a collection from "Western art and the Middle Ages to the present" The $1.3 billion center, which opened on December 16, 1997, is also well known for its architecture, gardens, and views overlooking Los Angeles. The center sits atop a hill connected to a visitors' parking garage at the bottom of the hill by a three-car, cable-pulled tram. Its estimated 1.3 million visitors annually makes it one of the most visited museums in the United States.

Other multi-day tours (US Western region, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Zion Canyon, Sedona, Death Valley, Train tour, etc.) are available to UKC participants.


Tour At Your Own Pace

Visiting Disneyland

Hyatt Regency hotel opeates hotel shuttle to Disneyland Resort (Disney's California Adventure, Disney Downtown) every half hour. The distance is 1.4 miles. The cost is $4 per person, per day, and children 10 & under are FREE. Shuttle vouchers can be purchased at the front desk of the hotel.
