Thank you for your interest in UKC 2012! This year, we are improving our student programs by offering more programs for undergraduate, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows:

Support for Students and Postdoctoral Fellows

This year, we are proud to offer generous support for selected student and post-doc applicants who are will present at UKC: Students and Post-Docs may apply via the technical tracks, or through the career and leadership track, where they can share their leadership opportunities and experiences. Information on the technical tracks can be found here. Career and leadership presentations are a chance for students to highlight leadership positions they have held in school, or their experiences with different careers. We encourage you to apply via the 3 steps below

UKC YG Fellows Program

Outstanding graduate student and post-doctoral participants that are especially interested in networking opportunities should also apply to the YG Fellows Program. This is a networking program built on top of UKC, with the goal of emphasize networking between participants and KSEA, and between the members in the program, by utilizing This program is open to Young Professionals, Graduate Students, Post-Docs, and Faculty. Undergraduate students are not eligible for this program. To apply for the YG Fellows program, please:
  1. Follow the steps for the Student and Postdoctoral Fellow support above
  2. Fill out the YG Fellows application form (click here)
