OBJECTIVE AND TOPICS

FHP (Food, Health, and Pharmaceuticals) Symposium offers professionals in the drug discovery field a multidisciplinary platform to learn about the latest scientific advances from academic and industrial leaders. This meeting will cover all the areas of drug target identification, validation, animal disease model, drug optimization, commercial production, clinical trials, marketing, and food science and technology. The symposium will be a great opportunity for the world’s leading scientists and executives to share their latest pharmaceutical advances and strategic approaches to bring new drugs to the market. The topics of interest include, but not limited to,

  • Basic drug discovery and development of drugs in areas of high unmet medical need and niche markets
  • Development opportunities in small molecule generic drugs
  • Biosimilars – a major future market and FDA and KFDA policies
  • Monoclonal Antibodies: pipeline analysis and competitive assessment
  • Business development in biotech and pharmaceuticals
  • Scientific information on food including functional food, human nutrition, food processing, food quality and safety, food nanotechnology and other emerging food technologies
  • This is an excellent opportunity to connect and communicate with peers as well as explore partnering opportunities. You will be up-to-date with the booming drug R&D industry and the growing trend of academic and industrial collaborations as well as partnerships between the US and Korea.
