This forum discusses the Global Investment and IPO (Initial Public Offering) Strategy for Startups, starting with a presentation on the KOSDAQ IPO Process for foreign companies. This first talk aims to promote the overall understanding of the Korean stock market and IPO process and the main considerations and preparation procedures for companies located in foreign countries to prepare for listing on the KOSDAQ market in Korea. Following this, the second talk reviews recent Global IPO and M&A activities and discusses COVID-19 impact to these areas.
In the panel discussion following the two invited talks, venture capitalists discuss about current opportunities for financing cross-border ventures including the following topics:
