Global Young Generation Science & Technology Leadership Training

The Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA) and Korean Federation of Science & Technology Societies (KOFST) invite you to participate in the “Global Young Generation Science & Technology Leadership Training.” The main purpose of the KOFST YG is to provide young generations with the opportunity to learn lessons from the professionals from the academic, industry, national laboratory, and to build network between Korean and Korean-American students who study in science and engineering fields.

Benefits for participants from both Korea and USA:

  • Science Communication Workshop: Write a short essay about the event and receive scholarships with certification by KSEA and/or KOFST 
  • Mentoring workshop with professionals from Amazon, Columbus Technologies and Services, Inc., KPMG LLP., NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, National Institutes of Health, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, UCLA, CSULB, Albert Einstein College of Medicine
  • Industry/national lab virtual tours for NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, Georgia Tech Engineering Labs
  • Providing research, funding, and career opportunities in the US higher education, industry, and national labs
  • Networking with YG students from both Korea and USA
