현대차 정몽구 재단의 그린 소사이어티 포럼에 초대합니다.
현대차 정몽구 재단은 작년 '그린 소사이어티(K-기후테크 인재 육성 및 사업화 지원)' 사업을 론칭하고, 기후테크 인재 육성 및 사업화 지원을 주요 목표로, 2030년까지 기후 자원 생태 분야 18개 과제에 180억 원을 지원하여, 15개 이상의 K-기후테크 혁신 기업(가)을 육성하고자 합니다. 이번 UKC 2024 그린 소사이어티 포럼에서는 ‘23년 11월 선정된 9개 연구팀의 기술 및 스타트업을 소개하고, 패널 토의를 통해 기후테크 연구자들의 비전을 공유하는 자리를 마련하였습니다.
기후 위기에 대응하고 적응하기 위한 기후 기술의 중요성이 빠르게 커지고 있는 상황에서, 연구개발의 지속적인 필요성과 혁신 기술의 사업화를 논의하는 자리에 함께해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

As the climate crisis intensifies, there is a growing interest among investors in research-based climate-tech startups, with South Korea presenting ripe opportunities in this field. The importance of climate technology in mitigating and adapting to environmental changes is becoming increasingly critical.
We are pleased to invite you to an upcoming session that will emphasize the need for ongoing research and development, along with the adoption of innovative climate solutions. During this event, nine entrepreneurial researchers will share their journeys in commercializing climate tech and introduce their groundbreaking startups.
Additionally, we will discuss the Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation's vision to support the climate tech startup ecosystem. The discussion will highlight future networks, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships designed to help researchers turn their work into real-world impact.
