The Institute of Information & Communications Technology Planning & Evaluation (IITP) is an ICT R&D funding agency in South Korea, committed to the evolution of technology and human resources development to contribute to the growth of ICT industries and the overall economy and society. The most important feature of IITP is that we play roles in ICT R&D planning, evaluation and management, at the same time we take responsibility for the life-cycle management of R&D policies from fostering future talents for the nation’s ICT to building research infrastructure and pursuing technical commercialization. Nowadays, IITP also focuses on supporting international joint R&D and expanding its global network.

The purpose of this forum is to exchange information on the trends of R&D and research institutes in the US and the status of major government funding agencies in the US.
