Poster Guidelines

The poster size should be within 30 (high) x 40 (wide) inches . It is highly recommended to place multiple copies of an abstract or letter size poster reproduction in the upper left-hand corner of the poster. For the UKC poster session, the poster should be displayed at least 30 minutes before the event. 

• Poster session time: Aug 23. Friday.  6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

• Poster session place: SEQUOIA room

• Poster number: Your poster number can be found in the program book.

• Push-pins will be provided.

• Audiovisual equipment is not available.

• Continuing education credits are not offered for posters. 

The maximum poster dimensions are:

• • 1. • Inches: 40 in (wide) x 30 in (high)

       • Do not print larger than these dimensions.

       • Please note, these dimensions are different than in previous years.

• Photo policy (stickers will be available at the poster information desk to use on your poster if you choose):

  • 1. • Red - Photographs are not permitted.

       • Yellow - Photographs are permitted for personal use.

       • Green - Photographs and sharing are permitted.
