Welcome to the UKC Poster Presentation Session! Please review the following guidlines to ensure at smooth and successful presentation sesseion.

Poster Size

• • Maximum Dimensions: 4 feet (width) x 4 feet (height) 

  • Poster exceeding these dimensions will not fit on the provided display boards.

  • Please maintain the designated poster size, as two posters will be displayed on each stand (see figure below).

  • Please note, these dimensions are different than in previous years.

For the UKC poster session, the poster should be displayed at least 30 minutes before the event. 

• Poster session time: Aug 23. Friday.  6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

• Poster session place: SEQUOIA room

• Poster number: Your poster number can be found in the program book.

• Push-pins will be provided.

• Audiovisual equipment is not available.

• Continuing education credits are not offered for posters. 

• Photo policy (stickers will be available at the poster information desk to use on your poster if you choose):

  • 1. • Red - Photographs are not permitted.

       • Yellow - Photographs are permitted for personal use.

       • Green - Photographs and sharing are permitted.
